At Flores do Mar, every bouquet is handmade with care using fresh, seasonal flowers.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@floresdomar.pt, including a photo where possible.

We’ll always do our best to make things right — this may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.

As all arrangements are made to order using seasonal flowers, slight variations in colour or flower selection may occur.
