At Flores do Mar, every bouquet is handmade with care and designed using fresh, seasonal flowers. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email or phone]. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly — including replacements or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
